General Terms & Acceptance

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Account Registration & Verification
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one rb444 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into the account, or to a method that has been verified by the rb444 compliance team. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and fraud.
- rb444 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This may include proof of payment method ownership and proof of identity. Failure to provide documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
- All deposits made to rb444 are final. Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes initiated through your payment provider without first contacting rb444 support will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
- rb444 does not charge platform fees on withdrawals. However, your payment provider, bank, or cryptocurrency network may apply its own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.
- rb444 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits. Current limits are published in the cashier section of the platform and may be updated from time to time.
Bonuses & Promotions
rb444 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms that are published alongside each promotion.
- All bonuses offered by rb444 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail for that promotion.
- Bonuses are intended for recreational use only and are offered at rb444's sole discretion. rb444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
- A player may only claim a specific welcome bonus or first-deposit bonus once. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times, including by creating duplicate accounts, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings and account suspension.
- Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be staked using bonus funds before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for rb444 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.

Account Suspension & Closure
rb444 may suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or a risk to platform integrity. Players may also voluntarily close their accounts at any time.
Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month, deducted from the remaining balance. Notification will be sent to the registered email address before any fee is applied.
- rb444 reserves the right to suspend any account immediately and without prior notice where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity fraud, or any other conduct that poses a risk to the platform or its users.
- Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email. The investigation will be completed within a reasonable timeframe, generally not exceeding 30 days, after which the account will either be reinstated or permanently closed.
- If an account is permanently closed as a result of a Terms breach, rb444 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. Where the closure is administrative or for any other non-breach reason, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method.

- Where a player has requested self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons, the account will be closed or locked for the requested period. During a self-exclusion period, rb444 will not send promotional communications and will not accept re-registration attempts from the same individual.
- Following permanent account closure, personal data will be retained for the period required by applicable anti-money-laundering regulations, after which it will be securely deleted in accordance with rb444's Privacy Policy.
